Earn Products: TOWNS and PROVE

• TOWNS will be added to Simple Earn flexible products on August 5, 2025 at 14:30 (UTC).

• PROVE will be added to the same platform on August 5, 2025 at 17:00 (UTC).

• Users will be able to subscribe to both flexible earn products.

Both tokens are part of the HODLer Airdrops program, which rewards users who previously held BNB Simple Earn or BNB On-Chain Yield assets with token airdrops.

Zero-Fee Trading via Convert

• Users will be able to swap TOWNS and PROVE against BTC, USDT, and other tokens via Binance Convert with zero trading fees.

• This feature will be activated within 1 hour after the tokens are listed on Binance Spot.

• TOWNS/USDT and TOWNS/USDC: August 5, 2025, 14:30 (UTC)

• PROVE/USDT and PROVE/USDC: August 5, 2025, 17:00 (UTC)

Binance Futures Launches Perpetual Contracts

• TOWNSUSDT Perpetual Contract: August 5, 2025, 14:30 (UTC)

• PROVEUSDT Perpetual Contract: August 5, 2025, 17:00 (UTC)

Both contracts come with the following features:

• Underlying Asset: Towns (TOWNS) and Succinct (PROVE)

• Settlement Asset: USDT

• Tick Size: 0.0001 for TOWNS, 0.001 for PROVE

• Max Funding Rate: +2.00% / -2.00%

• Funding Interval: Every 4 hours

• Maximum Leverage: 75x

• Trading Hours: 24/7

• Multi-Assets Mode: Supported

After trading is stopped for each specific trading pair, all open orders will be automatically canceled.

Once the delisting is complete, you will need to make sure that the “Hide Small Balances” feature is disabled in all of your wallets to be able to see your assets in full.

Deposits made after February 21, 2024, 03:00 (UTC) for the ANT/BTC, ANT/USDT, MULTI/USDT, USDT/VAI, XMR/BNB, XMR/BTC, XMR/ETH, and XMR/USDT trading pairs will not be reflected in your account. Withdrawals of these tokens from Binance will not be possible after May 20, 2024, 03:00 (UTC).

These delisted tokens may be converted to stablecoins depending on the situation after May 21, 2024, 03:00 (UTC). However, do not assume that this conversion is guaranteed. An additional announcement will be made in advance of the conversion if applicable, and the stablecoins will be credited to users’ Binance accounts after the conversion is complete.

Binance Simple Earn will start delisting the mentioned tokens from Flexible Products on February 19, 2024, 03:00 (UTC). Users may choose to redeem their Flexible Products in advance; otherwise, these Flexible Products will be automatically redeemed on the specified date and then transferred to users’ Spot Wallets.
