Aerodrome Reacts to the News

Aerodrome, Base’s leading DEX, saw an 18% surge following the announcement. The platform currently accounts for over 50% of Base’s weekly volume, processing $3.37 billion of the network’s total $5.07 billion.

Although the rollout begins with Base, Coinbase hinted at expansion to other networks like Ethereum and Solana in the future—potentially turning its app into a multi-chain gateway for DeFi users worldwide.
