Dubai-based attorney Irina Heaver emphasized the growing need for estate planning in crypto. Investors aged 27–42, who dominate the crypto market, often neglect end-of-life planning, she added.

In a statement on the platform, it was clearly stated that using scripts and similar automation tools is strictly prohibited. If usage is detected, accounts will be banned from Alpha Points and may face additional penalties.

With this move, Binance aims to ensure transparent promotion of projects entering the Web3 world. Users get the chance to evaluate projects before they are listed. This system enhances investor safety.
