Binance Having Issues with Brazil! The Representative Committee has presented a report alleging fraud charges against Binance CEO and three directors of Binance’s Brazil branch. The report claims that the directors, including Daniel Mangabeira, Guilherme Haddad Nazar and Thiago Carvalho, were committing fraud without obtaining the necessary permissions.

Binance Having Issues with Brazil!

The Representative Committee backed up their allegations with a 500-page extensive report published yesterday on the subject. It is stated that the said directors continued their operations without permission and sold investment contracts without permission:

“They established companies lacking transparency”

The report emphasizes that Zhao and the other directors have created some opaque official companies, all of these companies are directly or indirectly controlled by Zhao, and these companies have no job descriptions. In addition, there is a statement that these companies only aim to circumvent regulations.

Additionally, the Committee also demands an investigation by the Securities Commission regarding the exchange’s derivative product sales.
