Gonka is a decentralized platform designed to run artificial intelligence (AI) computations across a global network of GPUs. It provides an accessible and low-cost infrastructure for AI model training and inference. Developed as an alternative to traditional cloud providers like AWS or Google Cloud, Gonka focuses on minimizing resource waste.

Launched in September 2025, the Mainnet now supports large models such as Qwen3-235B. Gonka operates as a Layer 1 blockchain network, and contributors are rewarded with GNK tokens.

The Vision of the Liberman Siblings and Investor Support

The project was founded by the Liberman siblings (David, Daniil, Anna, and Maria Liberman). The siblings previously sold a company to Snapchat for $60 million and founded Product Science, providing AI code optimization services for enterprises. They bring extensive entrepreneurial experience to Gonka.

Investors and Strategic Partners

Gonka has raised approximately $69 million in funding by the end of 2025. Notable investors include:

Bitfury: $50 million investment in December 2025

Coatue Management: Supports the project with OpenAI expertise

Slow Ventures, K5, Hard Yaka: Additional investors strengthening the ecosystem

The funding supports network development and GPU provisioning.

Project Concept

Gonka’s core idea is to decentralize AI computation, making it both accessible and efficient. While most computing power in existing networks (e.g., Bitcoin mining) is wasted on meaningless consensus tasks, Gonka directs nearly all resources toward productive AI tasks, such as training and inference.

The project implements “Proof of Work 2.0”, maintaining blockchain security while providing developers with censorship-resistant, low-cost access. The goal is to make AI “unstoppable like Bitcoin” and to break the monopoly of tech giants such as OpenAI and Google.

How Gonka Works: Proof of Learning

Gonka operates via the Sprint mechanism. Every 10 minutes, Hosts solve Transformer-based tasks. Those producing results close to the target vector earn voting power and GNK rewards. During periods of low demand, dummy tasks keep computational resources engaged.

Training is conducted with DiLoCo distributed learning, where large model segments are shared across Hosts. Each Host trains its segment, enabling scalable and efficient network-wide AI computation. During each Sprint, participants attempt to find appropriate vectors using nonces, similar to Proof-of-Work, but the goal is AI model contribution, not block creation. Successfully generated vectors translate into GNK rewards and governance rights.

Security is ensured using random number generation, Threshold Cryptography, and Commit-Reveal mechanisms. Malicious activity is detected with state hashes and probabilistic validation, making the network secure and fair.

Governance

Gonka governance relies on Proof of Compute (PoC) weight. Each Host has a default 20% voting power, while the remaining 80% is activated through GNK collateral locking.

Decisions follow defined rules:

Quorum: 33.4% participation

Majority: >50% approval

Veto: 33.4% disapproval

All proposals are on-chain, usually requiring collateral. The first 180 epochs are exempt from collateral requirements.

Roadmap 2026

Gonka plans to expand its network and ecosystem integration throughout 2026:

AIAV (AI Avatar) is a Web3-based artificial intelligence project that enables users to create, train, and develop personal AI avatars (personal AI representations) using their own conversations and dialogue data. The platform rewards user interactions through a community-evaluated system, transforming these contributions into a token-based economy.

Vision

AIAV emerges with a vision that challenges the current model in which artificial intelligence is built exclusively by large corporations. Its core approach is to collectively shape AI through its users.

By converting real human dialogues into AI knowledge, AIAV aims to produce AI Avatars (AVs) that are fueled by personal conversations and truly reflect the individuals behind them. This approach positions AIAV not merely as a technology product, but as an AI Agent platform that grows together with its users.

The project takes a clear stance against the uncompensated use of personal and valuable data. Within the AIAV ecosystem, users are not passive data providers, but active participants forming the core of the system. The platform’s long-term goal is to build a living AI ecosystem that evolves alongside its community.

Project Concept: What Is an AI Avatar (AV)?

At the center of AIAV lies the concept of the AI Avatar (AV).

An AV is not a standard chatbot or assistant. It is born from real conversations and gradually shapes itself by learning the speaker’s:

Tone

Way of thinking

Knowledge level

Characteristic reactions

While most AI systems gravitate toward uniform, standardized personalities, each AIAV Avatar can develop a distinct identity. Some may act as mentors, others as creative collaborators, and some as long-term companions capable of retaining contextual memory.

This personalization layer transforms AVs from abstract technology into digital entities that are genuinely usable and trustworthy in daily life. AIAV turns “data contribution” from an abstract process into tangible digital value that grows with the community.

The project leverages idle GPU power to run AI models more efficiently and censorship-free.

Overview

DeepNode is a decentralized infrastructure for deploying, evaluating, and managing AI models. Developers can upload, test, and deploy their models to users. Contributions are rewarded based on actual usage performance through the PoWR (Proof-of-Work Relevance) mechanism.

The platform turns AI into a collaborative marketplace where developers compete, cooperate, and earn continuous value from their models, instead of being limited to corporate control.

What is Bittensor?

Bittensor is a protocol designed as decentralized ML, also known as distributed artificial intelligence. Since it is open source and built on a blockchain, its use cases have significantly expanded.

We can explain the benefits of Bittensor’s open-source nature as follows:

By connecting different data, models, and compute resources around the world, it turns information production (model outputs) into a meta-market where participants query each other’s outputs, rank each other according to model performance, and distribute TAO tokens to those who produce value.

The protocol aims to create an ecosystem that economically links both the producers who contribute to models and the consumers who use the produced information. This objective is actually quite important.

How Does Bittensor Work?

We can examine Bittensor’s operational stages under four different headings.

1) Peer-to-peer models and data flow

What we know as nodes are referred to here as peers. Each peer in the network holds its own model and dataset and performs operations accordingly.

2) Ranking and the Weight Matrix

Each peer measures the value of signals produced by other peers and maps this into a weight matrix. This matrix is accepted as a central indicator of who is producing valuable information.

3) Consensus Function and Collusion Resistance

Bittensor does not view this as just a voting process. The project uses a combination of weights and staking to produce a term called consensus (C). With this term, it measures whether a peer has achieved a network majority trust indicator and determines reward distribution accordingly.

4) Operation of Network Processes

There is a training loop operating within the network. There is a flow and the model of this flow is as follows:

dataset definition → batch broadcast → collection of peer outputs → local model update via backprop → weight update → on-chain update of weight/ bond / stake

The chain records these measurements and the token minting and distribution, thereby providing trust.

What is Bittensor’s Goal?

The aim is to democratize AI production and reduce dependence on larger centralized players. Enabling small teams or individuals to commercially monetize their models is also among the primary goals. In fact, creating a continuous open market makes a lot of sense for Bittensor. This way, a structure can be established that produces measurable outputs that can be priced as “intelligence as a commodity.”

Who Founded Bittensor?

Although there is no single definitive source, the co-founder who has been involved in the project for a long time and has a strong voice in many places appears to be Jacob Robert Steeves and Ala Shaabana.

Who Are Bittensor’s Investors?

The Bittensor ecosystem has clearly attracted the attention of many institutional and VC investors after the token was launched and the project grew. Major crypto investors such as Digital Currency Group, Polychain, and Pantera are also positioned here.

$TAO Tokenomics

The maximum supply of TAO token is limited to 21 million, similar to Bitcoin. Currently, a total of 10.39 million units are in circulation.

What is MCP?

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard designed to connect AI models and assistants with external tools and data sources. Launched by Anthropic in November 2024, MCP enables AI models to generate more accurate and relevant responses. It removes the need for custom code for each data source, allowing AI systems to dynamically access external resources.

How MCP Works:

MCP Client/Host: AI models like Claude or GPT that make requests.

What is DeMCP?

DeMCP serves as a decentralized MCP network bridging AI and Web3. It provides open-source MCP services for developers, a deployment platform with commercial revenue sharing, and one-stop access to LLMs. With USDT and USDC support, it enables global developers to join the ecosystem easily. Combined with TEE and blockchain, DeMCP redefines MCP security and reliability, accelerating the growth of the Agent industry.

How the Project Works

DeMCP connects AI models and LLMs seamlessly through the SSE proxy layer and MCP services. TEE-based security and blockchain registration ensure service reliability. Developers are incentivized with token rewards and revenue sharing to provide high-quality MCP services.

Governance

Governed by DMCP token holders, the governance model allows the community to decide on protocol updates, fee adjustments, new chain integrations, and critical parameter changes. Token holders vote using their tokens, with weight proportional to holdings, moving the project toward a fully decentralized DAO.

Gensyn is a protocol that connects computers worldwide to create a decentralized machine learning (ML) network. Its goal is to run ML tasks consistently and verifiably on any device, enabling AI systems to scale beyond the limitations of centralized infrastructures. Built on an Ethereum-based rollup, Gensyn operates through four core components: consistent ML execution, trustless verification, peer-to-peer communication, and decentralized coordination.

Team / Founders

The Gensyn founding team consists of scientists and engineers with extensive experience in AI research and distributed computing. They develop the protocol to improve the scalability and verifiability of deep learning models. The company initially operates as Gensyn Limited and functions fully remotely.

Founding Partners

Harry Grieve: Co-founder of Gensyn, an entrepreneur experienced in AI and blockchain.
Ben Fielding: Co-founder of Gensyn, specialized in deep learning and protocol architecture.

Investors & Key Partners

Gensyn has raised $50.6M across multiple rounds, supported by leading AI and crypto investors. The Seed round was led by Eden Block, and the Series A round by a16z Crypto. Notable partners include Protocol Labs (IPFS integration), Polkadot/Kusama (parachain), and a16z Crypto (strategic partnership).

Project Concept

Gensyn provides a network to train and run large-scale machine learning models without relying on centralized servers. Participants can contribute idle computing power, forming a global computational pool. This model accelerates decentralized AI development while reducing costs.

How It Works

The protocol consists of four layers:

Consistent ML Execution: Ensures the same input produces the same output across all devices.

Trustless Verification: Tasks are independently verified; errors are detected and resolved.

Peer-to-Peer Communication: Workloads are efficiently distributed among devices.

Decentralized Coordination: Participants are assigned, incentives distributed, and payments automated.

Participants are categorized into four roles: Submitters, Solvers, Verifiers, and Whistleblowers. Tasks are monitored through training and verification steps.

Governance

Post-TGE, Gensyn will be governed in a decentralized manner. Initially, technical development is managed by Gensyn Limited. Meanwhile, the Gensyn Foundation represents protocol interests and issues tokens. Governance is conducted via an elected council using on-chain proposals and referendums. Early council members are core team and early community members, gradually moving toward decentralization. Additionally, the foundation manages a treasury funded by a small percentage of task fees to support ongoing protocol and ecosystem development.

Roadmap

Testnet: Core technology is tested; early participants are rewarded.

Canarynet: Beta on Kusama parachain, using canary tokens for economic testing.

Mainnet: Full-featured, public network on Polkadot parachain with mainnet token.

Token Info & Distribution

Token allocation and total supply are determined at TGE. Tokens are primarily used for network transactions and task payments. Gensyn supports distributed ML experiments through products like RL Swarm, BlockAssist, and Judge. The ecosystem focuses on research, community, and collaboration.

Key Features

Decentralized and open-source

Participant Roles

Submitters: Provide tasks and pay for completed work.

Solvers: Train models and generate proofs for verification.

Verifiers: Duplicate and check Solvers’ proofs, linking training to deterministic computation.

Whistleblowers: Audit Verifiers and can claim rewards for detecting errors.

Ecosystem

Gensyn serves as a foundational infrastructure for ML computation. Applications include CodeAssist, RL-Swarm, and SageMaker-like abstractions. Integrations support Polkadot parachains and IPFS. The community participates via Discord and GitHub, running nodes to contribute. The foundation funds research and data labs. Long-term, Gensyn aims for collective ownership of global AGI while monetizing idle compute to reduce carbon footprint.

Gensyn establishes a foundational layer for Web3 by making decentralized ML computation widely accessible. Consequently, the network supports scalable, collaborative AI model development, enabling humanity to collectively advance machine learning.

Allora is an open intelligence platform designed to make AI systems more adaptive, collaborative, and efficient. The network allows users and developers to access and contribute to a collective intelligence layer where multiple AI models are combined, compared, and optimized in real time.

The main goal of the project is to overcome traditional “siloed” AI solutions dominated by large industrial entities, which often limit transparency and accessibility. Allora maximizes connections between data, algorithms, and participants to solve this problem.

Project Concept

Allora aims to produce the best possible outcomes without relying on a single AI model. The platform continuously improves using data, model outputs, and insights contributed by participants.

How the Project Works

The Allora network generates and distributes AI predictions in a decentralized way, consisting of a Hub Chain (central coordination layer) and Topic subnets.

The network operates across three layers:

Inference Consumption Layer: Enables predictions to be consumed and used.

Forecasting & Synthesis Layer: Worker models generate predictions, estimate the accuracy of other models, and synthesize results into a single optimized output.

Consensus Layer: Manages participant rewards and ensures network security.

Participant Roles:

Workers: Generate predictions and estimate other models’ performance.

Reputers: Verify prediction accuracy and maintain network security.

Consumers: Request predictions from the network and pay with ALLO tokens.

Hub Chain: The central coordination layer organizing the network.

This structure allows Allora to combine multiple models to produce more accurate and reliable results.

Governance

The network features decentralized governance, allowing token holders and contributors to vote on proposals and platform policies.

Allora (ALLO) will be listed on the Binance Alpha platform on November 11, 2025. Users can track rewards and purchase opportunities via the Alpha Events page.

Roadmap

The 2024-2025 roadmap covers the transition from testnet to mainnet and network expansion:
