Project Concept

GAIB aims to tokenize GPU and AI infrastructure and connect it with global investors. Data centers and cloud providers can quickly finance GPU and robotics assets, while investors gain direct exposure to the AI compute economy. GAIB seeks to become the economic layer for all AI infrastructure assets and provide the financial foundation that powers the intelligence economy.

How the Project Works

GAIB converts investor stablecoins into real-world AI infrastructure. Investors receive AID tokens; when staked, these become sAID tokens, providing proportional ownership of GPU, data center, or robotics revenue. The protocol tokenizes the assets, manages returns, and distributes them to investors. The process is secured with third-party auditors and insurers.

2. Asset Validation Layer (PROOF): Verifies AI infrastructure authenticity

3. Tokenization Layer (ONRAMP): Converts real-world assets into on-chain tokens

These layers allow GAIB to create a transparent, efficient, and liquid market from GPU and AI infrastructure.

Token Mechanism / Operation

GAIB tokenizes AI assets; institutional GPUs and robotics are staked into ERC-4626 vaults to produce AID tokens. Staking AID generates sAID, which represents ownership in the AI infrastructure portfolio. Validators verify data, participants are rewarded proportionally, and DeFi protocols maintain liquidity.

Governance

GAIB governance is conducted via veGAIB token holders, who can approve asset classes, set protocol parameters, and vote on network upgrades. Initially managed by the Atreides Council, governance will transition to a fully on-chain, community-driven “Fremen Rule” model.
