In recent years, cryptocurrency investments by retirement service providers have seen significant growth.

M&G Plc, one of the largest financial services companies in the UK with assets under management of around $470 billion, has made a $20 million investment in Global Futures & Options (GFO-X), one of the UK’s cryptocurrency derivatives exchanges.

Of the $30 million raised in GFO-X’s Series B funding round, $20 million came from Pension Fund M&G. It was announced that this amount came from the company’s fund called “Prudential With Profits Fund”.
