Argentine lawyer Gregorio Dalbon has requested a global arrest warrant for Hayden Davis, the creator of the LIBRA token. Dalbon, who also represented former Argentine President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner, has requested Davis’ arrest and an Interpol Red Notice. Interpol is the largest international police organization, capable of issuing Red Notices that request law enforcement agencies worldwide to locate and provisionally arrest someone.
