The primary objectives of this initiative are to enable 24/7 clearing processes that are no longer constrained by traditional market hours, accelerate cross-border capital flows at lower cost, and meet margin requirements in real time with greater efficiency.

ICE Vice President of Strategic Initiatives, Michael Blaugrund, emphasized the strategic importance of tokenized securities, stating:
