DEIN is a decentralized insurance network operating as a permissionless, DAO-governed marketplace. It allows users to purchase, underwrite, and resolve insurance policies for both crypto and traditional risks, all fully executed on-chain. Users can create customized policies covering smart contract exploits, stablecoin de-pegs, centralized exchange failures, or fraud.

The native token, DEIN, powers governance, staking, underwriting, and liquidity support within the ecosystem.

Team Overview

The DEIN founding team comprises professionals experienced in blockchain, DeFi, and fintech. Their focus is building a modular and secure infrastructure that merges decentralized insurance with traditional risk management expertise.

Founder: Mike Miglio — a lawyer active in crypto and DeFi since 2016. DEIN collaborates with Resonance Security to enhance on-chain protection. Official sources have not yet published a full team list.

Investors and Partners

DEIN is supported by leading investors and strategic partners that contribute capital and ecosystem growth. The project also collaborates with major DeFi protocols and on-chain infrastructure providers to expand its insurance network.

Vision and Mission

DEIN aims to reduce uncertainty in DeFi and safeguard user assets. The platform addresses three core challenges:

Scalability: Enables anyone to create new insurance products with auto-adjusting pricing based on demand.

Customizability: Users define their own risks, policy terms, and premiums.

Flexibility: Modular on-chain architecture adapts to evolving market needs.

Economic Flywheel

DEIN redistributes protocol fees through buybacks and rewards, creating a sustainable value cycle.

As users interact with insurance products, fees flow to the protocol. Part of these fees funds DEIN token buybacks, while another portion replenishes the reward pool to incentivize participants.

This cyclical system strengthens token value and promotes continuous ecosystem engagement.

How DEIN Works

Insurance Marketplace: Users buy coverage or underwrite insurance pools for rewards and premiums.

Custom Insurance: Tailored policies for specific on-chain or off-chain risks.

Coverage Auctions: Dynamic price discovery through underwriter bidding.

Bundled Insurance: Thematic grouping (e.g., stablecoins, perpetuals, yield strategies) for diversified exposure.

Omnichain Coverage: Unified on-chain management for both EVM and non-EVM protocols.

DAO-Based Claims Resolution: Stake-weighted voting determines valid claims, automatically settled on-chain.

Governance

DEIN operates with full DAO-based governance. Staked $DEIN holders gain vote-escrow power, increasing with lock duration.

Claims voting is weighted by reputation scores (0.1x–3.0x), with the top 15% “Trusted Voters” participating in appeals. All decisions follow quorum and supermajority rules.

Native stakers earn voting rights, while ERC-1155 NFTs serve as proof-of-stake certificates.

Roadmap

Web3 Insurance Launch: Multichain on-chain insurance marketplace.

Custom Insurance Phase: User-defined policy requests go live.

Traditional Insurance Integration: Future expansion to real-world assets and RWA coverage.

Token Utility

Governance: Participate in DAO proposals and decisions.

Liquidity Support: Enhance sustainability via staking participation.

Gravity is a Layer-1 blockchain designed to provide a user-friendly experience and drive mass adoption across Web3. Its omnichain architecture enables smooth and secure transactions across multiple blockchains. Built for scalability and efficiency, Gravity simplifies complex cross-chain interactions with a high-performance, low-cost infrastructure.

Core technologies include Zero-Knowledge Proofs (ZKP), staking-based architecture, and advanced consensus mechanisms, ensuring both security and cost efficiency. Users can perform cross-chain transactions without dealing with technical complexities.

Gravity will integrate with the Galxe ecosystem, supporting existing products such as Quest, Compass, Passport, Score, Alva, and Identity Protocol. It’s expected to reach over 60 million monthly transactions, leveraging Galxe 20 million-user base to deliver full-chain abstraction—making Web3 interactions easier for users and developers alike.

Founding Team

Gravity is developed by the founders of Galxe:

Charles Wayn

Harry Zhang

Xinlu C

This experienced team aims to make Gravity the foundational infrastructure of the Galxe ecosystem—scalable, secure, and efficient.

Key Partnerships

1. Galxe Ecosystem Integration
Gravity will launch with full integration across Galxe’s suite of products, expecting over 60 million monthly transactions and positioning itself among the most active chains.

2. Gravity Ecosystem VC Alliance ($50M)
A $50 million initiative backed by top VCs to support builders developing on Gravity, offering access to an extensive investor network.

3. Restaking Partnerships
Gravity will integrate with Babylon and EigenLayer to enhance network security and PoS restaking.

Project Vision

Gravity simplifies cross-chain operations for Web3 users, allowing them to manage assets across multiple blockchains from one platform with complete security.

No longer limited to bars or ETFs, gold is now entering the digital era in full force. The latest example? A major innovation from Tether.

The stablecoin giant has launched XAUt0, an omnichain version of its gold-backed token XAUt, on TON (The Open Network), marking a new chapter in digital precious metals.

A New Standard in Gold Investing

Built on LayerZero’s “Omnichain Fungible Token” standard, XAUt0 enables seamless transfers across blockchains without using wrapping mechanisms or middlechains. This technical leap allows broader and more flexible access to digital gold.

You Might Be Interested In: Elon Musk Talks About the Name of a New Memecoin!

XAUt, available only on Ethereum, is currently the largest gold-backed stablecoin by market cap at $832 million, closely followed by Pax Gold at $811 million. Tether backs the token with over 7.7 tons of physical gold stored in a Swiss vault, according to its Q1 2025 attestation.

The move follows Tether’s launch of USDt on the TON network earlier in 2024 and mirrors the structure of USDT0, its omnichain dollar-pegged token that spans multiple chains through Optimism’s Superchain ecosystem.

Gold Prices Surge Amid Global Uncertainty

Gold prices have surged in 2025, driven largely by economic instability and escalating trade tensions. As of May 30, gold traded at $3,304 per ounce — a 29.5% increase from the previous year.

Gold ETFs have also performed strongly, with the top eight funds gaining over 25% year-to-date. Tether’s XAUt0 is set to compete with such instruments, offering digital asset investors a new way to access gold’s stability in turbulent times.

Orderly, a provider of liquidity solutions in the Web 3.0 world, announced its collaboration with the Sonic network. This integration brings Orderly’s omnichain order book technology to Sonic’s next-generation EVM-based Layer-1 platform. Thus, both users and developers are stepping into an experience that will redefine the boundaries of liquidity in the blockchain ecosystem.

Launched in December 2024 with sub-second transaction accuracy and a capacity of 10,000 TPS, the Sonic network quickly made a name for itself thanks to its high-performance infrastructure. This integration with Orderly will make Sonic stand out not only for its performance but also for its liquidity access.

Technology Redefining Liquidity

Orderly has further strengthened this ecosystem by integrating the omnichain order book system into Sonic, which it has successfully implemented on many EVM-compatible networks and major platforms such as Solana. Now, projects developed on Sonic will have access to a large pool of liquidity, not limited to local network liquidity.

Ran Yi, Co-Founder of Orderly, commented on the integration:

“Sonic’s high-performance infrastructure aligns perfectly with our vision to create seamless cross-chain trading experiences. By integrating Orderly’s cross-chain order book system into Sonic, we give developers the tools they need to build innovative DeFi applications. We empower users with deep liquidity that will deliver greater capital efficiency. Given Sonic’s impressive processing capacity, we are excited to see the high-performance applications developers will create using Orderly’s technology infrastructure.”

Sonic’s Remarkable Airdrop Move

On the other hand, to promote this new ecosystem that Orderly is integrated into and to increase user interest, Sonic announced that it will launch an airdrop of approximately 200 million S tokens. This rewarding campaign aims to increase the trading volume and participation of the Sonic network, especially by attracting the attention of traders using DEX and airdrop enthusiasts.

Benefits for Developers

Among the features Sonic offers, Sonic Gateway and the Fee Monetization model stand out. This incentive system allows developers to earn up to 90% of the transaction fees generated from their projects. Orderly’s liquidity support takes this infrastructure even further and gives developers the opportunity to innovate on-chain trading applications.

About Orderly

Orderly offers groundbreaking solutions in blockchain technology with its permissionless liquidity layer. The platform enables unified and deep liquidity across all chains, enabling trading on a global scale.

More information: orderly.network

About Sonic

A high-performance EVM-based Layer-1 platform, Sonic offers its users fast transaction times and advanced infrastructure. The network’s own cryptocurrency, the S token, is used on the platform for transaction fees, staking and validator management.

ZetaChain (ZETA) is the first Universal Blockchain that provides native access to all blockchain ecosystems. It brings programmability to non-smart contract chains such as Bitcoin and Dogecoin, enabling developers to create truly interoperable applications without compromising security or user experience. Built with Cosmos SDK and CometBFT, ZetaChain operates with 5-second finality, Core and Observer-Signer validators, and incentive mechanisms that prioritize security across all connected chains. With Universal EVM, Universal Smart Contract, and the ZRC-20 token standard, it offers cross-chain asset management, liquidity access, and a unified user experience. Funded with $27 million by investors such as GSR, CMT Digital, Blockchain.com, Jane Street Capital, LongHash Ventures, Sky9 Capital, Foundation Capital, TPC, LIF, Vy Capital, Human Capital, Krust, Vista Lab, and Kudasai, ZetaChain aims to make blockchains as accessible, diverse, and connected as the internet. In this article, we will examine in detail what ZetaChain is, how it works, its use cases, advantages, risks, tokenomics, team, and investors.

What is ZetaChain (ZETA)?

ZetaChain is designed as a Universal Blockchain that provides native access to every blockchain. It unifies Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, BNB Chain, TON, and more on a single platform, allowing developers to perform transactions across multiple chains with a single smart contract. ZetaChain supports calling EVM-compatible smart contracts from any chain with Universal EVM, reading/writing to all chains with Universal Smart Contract, and native asset transfers with the ZRC-20 token standard.

With its Hub-and-Spoke architecture, all cross-chain messages pass through ZetaChain, facilitating the integration of new chains and enforcing security rules from a single point. ZetaChain is built with Cosmos SDK, CometBFT, and Cosmos EVM, offering a modular structure, fast finality, and full EVM compatibility. It operates with ~4-second block times, hundreds of TPS capacity, and infrastructure specifically designed for secure cross-chain interactions.

Purpose of ZetaChain

The blockchain revolution promised an open, borderless digital world controlled by its users. However, today, innovation is constrained by isolated ecosystems and technical boundaries, and users are trapped in digital silos. This fragmentation threatens the core promise of decentralization. ZetaChain aims to fulfill blockchain technology’s promise of openness and borderless innovation. As a Universal Blockchain, it seeks to become the Universal Entry Point to the decentralized world, providing true connectivity and freedom across all chains. It brings programmability to Bitcoin, unified liquidity to DeFi, and universal digital ownership to social applications. ZetaChain removes barriers between chains, making cryptocurrency as accessible and connected as the internet.

How Does ZetaChain Work?

ZetaChain operates with a Hub-and-Spoke architecture:

Hub: ZetaChain, the main layer coordinating all cross-chain activities.

Spokes: External chains such as Ethereum, Solana, Sui, TON, and Bitcoin, connected via standardized protocols.

All cross-chain messages and transactions pass through ZetaChain, ensuring consistent processing, easy chain integration, and single-point security enforcement.

Validators:

Core Validators: Run ZetaChain nodes, participate in CometBFT consensus, and produce blocks. Open to anyone staking the required ZETA. Incentivized with transaction fees and rewards; subject to slashing for malicious behavior.

Observer-Signer Validators: Run both ZetaChain nodes and ZetaClient. Monitor cross-chain events on connected chains, vote on validity, and coordinate outbound transactions upon majority approval. Sign using Threshold Signature Scheme (TSS); no single validator controls the private key.

Modules:

CrossChain Module: Manages the state and lifecycle of cross-chain transactions (CCTX). Creates new CCTX records upon validation of inbound events, updates statuses, and stores inbound/outbound parameters.

Observer Module: Manages the observer set, voting mechanisms, and consensus policies. Maintains a list of authorized observers, creates ballots for each event, and defines thresholds and supported chain parameters.

Fungible Module: Deploys ZRC-20 tokens representing assets from connected chains, manages liquidity pools, and enables calls to omnichain smart contracts from ZetaChain.

Emissions Module: Distributes rewards to observers, validators, and TSS signers based on participation metrics from a pre-funded pool.

Authority Module: Handles administrative functions and permission checks. Maintains admin groups and permissions, ensuring only authorized entities perform sensitive actions.

Protocol Contracts:

On ZetaChain:

GatewayZEVM: Primary entry point for outbound transactions. Handles asset withdrawals, external contract calls, and ZRC-20 mint/burn logic.

ZRC-20: ERC-20-compliant tokens representing assets from connected chains.

ContractRegistry: Stores metadata for deployed protocol contracts.

On Connected EVM Chains:

GatewayEVM: Entry point for inbound transactions. Handles deposits, calls to ZetaChain, and emits events for observers.

ERC20Custody: Stores ERC-20 assets deposited for cross-chain transfers.

ContractRegistry: Provides metadata for protocol contracts on the connected chain.

Cross-Chain Transaction Flow:

Inbound (Connected Chain → ZetaChain): User interacts with gateway contract → Observers detect event → Voting on ZetaChain → Majority approval updates CCTX, mints assets, calls target contract.

Outbound (ZetaChain → Connected Chain): GatewayZEVM is called → Validators process request → TSS signing → Transaction broadcast to destination → Success completes; failure triggers revert.
