XMAQUINA is, in its simplest terms, a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO) aiming to democratize the world of robotics and automation. The project allows retail investors to become partners in giant robotics firms and autonomous machine projects—where usually only large Venture Capital (VC) firms can invest—through the $DEUS token. In fact, we can call it an investment and management protocol that aims to be the “MicroStrategy of the robotics world”.

Within this structure, DEUS is the governance and coordination token of the ecosystem. DEUS holders collectively decide how the DAO treasury will be used, which robotics companies to invest in, and how new Physical AI ventures will be scaled. XMAQUINA positions itself as a “robotics index token”: aiming for exposure to the future machine economy through a single asset.

The Origin Idea of the Project

The starting point of XMAQUINA is based on a very clear question: “If labor is no longer necessary for capital, how will people become partners in capital?”

Artificial intelligence is now starting to replace physical labor not only in office work but also from production to logistics. Humanoid robots developed by companies like Tesla, Figure, and others are approaching exceeding human performance in factories, warehouses, and even at home. XMAQUINA argues that individuals should not be pushed out of the system in this transformation. As a solution, it aims to offer people the opportunity to own the technologies that create this transformation.

When AI and robots replace the workforce, who will own these machines? XMAQUINA opposes this ownership remaining in the hands of only a few giant companies. They act with the vision: “If a robot does a job and makes money, a part of that money should go to the community”.

Team and Organizational Structure

XMAQUINA does not proceed with a classic “founder CEO” model. The project works more like a corporate investment DAO with sub-structures such as:

MachineDAO

Northstar Council

Execution Engine

Scoring Committee

Although the founding team and core developers are the ones who started the project and built the infrastructure, the long-term goal is to transfer governance entirely to the community. This transition is planned with Governance V2 after the TGE.

Who are the Investors?

The project did not just stay at the idea stage; it received a great approval from the giants of the market. According to the latest published data, XMAQUINA managed to receive an investment of 10 million dollars from a giant consortium including names like Borderless and Moonrock Capital. Additionally, with more than 2,000 active community members, it is moving forward with firm steps towards democratizing the robotics world.

What Does the Project Do, How Does It Work?

The XMAQUINA ecosystem is built on two main pillars:

1) XMAQUINA DAO The DAO manages a multi-asset treasury. This treasury can include:

Private shares in humanoid robotics companies

Physical AI-oriented ventures

DePIN and Machine RWA assets

The community determines the direction of these investments through research, voting, and execution processes. The goal is not just to hold tokens, but to produce value from machines working in the real world.

2) Machine Economy Launchpad The Launchpad allows robotics and Physical AI projects to be established as SubDAOs. Thanks to this structure:

Startups can raise funds under the DAO umbrella

Machine and robot assets can be tokenized

Revenue-generating physical systems are opened to on-chain governance

Each SubDAO leaves a 5% token share to the XMAQUINA ecosystem. This creates a sustainable value flow for the main DAO.

Physical AI Vision

At the center of XMAQUINA lies the concept of “Physical AI”. This field expresses the combination of technologies such as:

Agentic AI (autonomous decision-making systems)

Robotics hardware

Advanced sensors (LiDAR, imaging, haptic perception)

World Foundation Models

The difference here is that AI works not only on the screen but on machines moving in the real world. XMAQUINA believes this transformation is inevitable and aims to take a position at an early stage.

Governance Model

Consequently, DEUS holders are the “brain” of the project. Which robotics company to invest in, how the funds in the treasury will be managed, and protocol updates are determined entirely by DAO votes. In other words, if you have DEUS, you can say, “Let’s buy shares of this company.” Additionally, DEUS stakers can participate in voting with xDEUS; funding proposals, treasury decisions, and the direction of ecosystem profits are determined by the community.

Governance V1 (Pre-TGE)

Proposals are prepared by the Northstar Council

Voting is done via Snapshot

Voting period is 3–5 days

1% participation quorum

Governance V2 (Post-TGE)

veToken (vote-escrow) model

All DAO members will be able to submit proposals

On-chain execution

Higher decentralization

What Does DEUS Token Do?

DEUS works as the binding layer of the ecosystem. Main use cases:

Voting rights over the DAO treasury

Participation in investment and allocation decisions

Governance in SubDAO launches

Sharing of the value arising from machine operations

Roadmap: What’s Next?

The UBO Pilot Program will be launched with peaq, and usage tests will be conducted in decentralized economic systems. In the same period, a regulatory sandbox for Machine RWAs will be started in the UAE. By early 2026, the first SubDAOs were established, and new capital inflow into the ecosystem began.

Ecosystem and Structure

XMAQUINA is established like a machine economy holding. DAO Core decides what the treasury will do and looks at Physical AI investments. In DEUS Labs, open-source robotics and ethical AI projects are developed. Machine Economy Launchpad establishes SubDAOs, tokenizes robotics projects, and scales them.

The treasury portfolio includes Figure AI, 1X, Apptronik, and Agility Robotics. In addition, the total value is approximately 31 million dollars. Moreover, the ecosystem is interconnected with peaq, Aerodrome, Raydium, and MachineX. Meanwhile, the community has more than 1,200 active contributors, and X followers total 57k.

Auki (AUKI) is a decentralized infrastructure project designed to allow AI and digital devices to perceive the physical world with a shared understanding. At its core is posemesh, enabling robots, augmented reality (AR) glasses, mobile devices, and other XR hardware to interpret physical spaces within the same reference frame. Auki is built on the premise that making the physical world accessible to AI will significantly expand the global AI market.

Today, a large portion of the global economy still relies on physical locations and human labor. Auki bridges this gap by making these physical environments interoperable with digital systems.

Project Concept

Auki addresses the limitation of AI systems that perceive the physical world individually and in isolation. Devices typically map their surroundings independently, with data rarely shared or sent to centralized platforms. Auki proposes a decentralized system where devices can temporarily collaborate to create shared spatial awareness.

Instead of creating a single, massive “digital twin” of the world, Auki enables smaller, interconnected domains that can adapt to local needs and collaborate seamlessly.

How It Works

The Auki Network operates on the posemesh protocol. This protocol allows devices to:

Share location, orientation, and environmental sensing data

Distribute computational and spatial processing across the network

Collaborate without sending data to a central server

Visual-inertial odometry improves spatial accuracy by reducing GPS uncertainty. Posemesh domains correspond to physical spaces, enabling shared AR experiences.

Team & Founders

Auki was founded by a multidisciplinary team:

Nils Pihl (Founder & CEO): Expertise in behavioral engineering and data science.

Santeri Aramo (Founder & COO): Software and blockchain infrastructure specialist.

Robin Lindh: Spatial computing and AR systems.

Elden Tse: Computer vision and sensor fusion engineer.

The team focuses not only on software but also on robotics and hardware integration.
