One of the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchanges, Binance, has announced the 29th edition of its HODLer Airdrop series aimed at long-term investors. This time, the spotlight is on the decentralized fixed-income protocol Treehouse (TREE). Binance users who had their BNB assets subscribed to the platform’s “Simple Earn” or “On-Chain Earn” products were automatically eligible for this airdrop.

Snapshot Dates and Participation Requirements

To participate in the Treehouse HODLer Airdrop campaign, it was sufficient to have BNB assets subscribed to Simple Earn (flexible or locked) and/or On-Chain Earn products between July 10, 2025, 00:00 (UTC) and July 13, 2025, 23:59 (UTC). During this period, user balances were recorded daily, and winners were determined based on this data. Each user was included in the reward pool with a maximum of 4% of their BNB holdings. This cap was introduced to ensure a more equitable distribution of rewards.

Total Distribution Amount

Under the Treehouse HODLer Airdrop campaign, a total of 12,500,000 TREE tokens will be distributed. This amount represents 1.25% of the project’s total supply. In addition, Binance has allocated the same number of tokens (12,500,000 TREE) specifically for marketing purposes.

Airdrop winners will be able to see their tokens in their spot wallets at least one hour before the token is listed on the exchange. Moreover, users will be able to track their rewards via a dedicated page that Binance will publish for the airdrop results.

What is Treehouse (TREE)?

Treehouse is a decentralized “fixed income” protocol that aims to offer stable-yield products within the DeFi ecosystem. The platform is designed to deliver institutional-grade financial strategies in an on-chain environment, helping users achieve more predictable returns.

The project’s smart contract address is as follows:
0x77146784315Ba81904d654466968e3a7c196d1f3
Initially, the token will operate on Ethereum and BNB Chain networks.

Listing Details

TREE token will be listed on Binance Spot Market starting from July 29, 2025, at 14:00 (UTC). The available trading pairs will be:

TREE/USDT

TREE/USDC

TREE/BNB

TREE/FDUSD

TREE/TRY

The exchange will also apply the “Seed Tag” to TREE token. This indicates that the token is from an early-stage project and warns investors about potential high volatility.

Who Can Participate?

KYC verification is mandatory to participate in the HODLer Airdrop campaigns. However, as always, Binance excludes certain countries from participating. Countries such as the USA, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, Hong Kong, Turkey, and many others are restricted from the campaign.

AltLayer is a fully open and decentralized protocol developed for multiple Roll-ups. In addition to its decentralization, AltLayer offers innovations such as high security and interoperability.

You might like: AltLayer (ALT), Binance Exchange’s 45th Launchpool Project

The project has developed these capabilities with a system called Restaked Roll-up. Thanks to Restaked, Roll-ups can be produced in the fastest and safest way using Roll-up stacks such as OP Stack, Arbitrum Orbit, ZKStack, and Polygon CDK. Additionally, this system uses the EigenLayer restaking mechanism to create a decentralized network.

What does it do? What opportunities does it offer?

The Restaked Roll-ups in the AltLayer project use the Actively Verified Services (AVS) system. These are divided into three: VITAL (AVS for decentralized verification), MACH (AVS for fast results), and SQUAD (AVS for decentralized sorting).

The AltLayer project, which is built on such a protocol, offers many opportunities to users. Users who are not developers and do not know how to code have the opportunity to produce Customized Roll-ups in a very short time, such as 2 minutes.

In addition, the AltLayer project interacts with and supports many DA layers such as OP Stack, Starkware, Celestia EigenLayer, and Avail.

In addition to these, there is one more innovation. This innovation in the Roll-up design area is the concept of Ephemeral Roll-up. The benefits of this are as follows:

A fast and scalable application on the Layer 1 side can produce Roll-ups faster.

This Roll-up can be used seamlessly for the duration of its need.

Roll-up can be thrown away with the “expiration date” option, if desired.

What makes the AltLayer project so important?

Roll-ups are used in many places. But many of them are designed for general purposes or for application-specific uses. Today, Roll-ups can be produced heterogeneously using Arbitrum Orbit or ZKStack. However, AltLayer offers a universal and neutral protocol against this situation.

What is the ecosystem of the AltLayer project?

AltLayer works with Dapp developers to build partnerships with many projects in the ecosystem. In this way, it aims to both help new projects and grow with them. Currently, they have announced their partnerships with Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon, Singularity, Snapshot, and many more projects.

The people behind the project

In addition to having many partnerships, the supporters of AltLayer also consist of important companies and individuals. For example, these include Kain Warwick, the founder of Synthetix, and Balaji Srinivasan, the former CTO of Coinbase.
