Greg Siourounis, General Manager of Sui Foundation<\/strong>, announced in an interview that he is planning to build a blockchain academy in cooperation with Sharjah American<\/strong> University, based in the United Arab Emirates<\/strong>. Siourounis mentioned that this initiative aims to raise awareness about blockchain technology and its applications and that they will organize seminars and workshops to help the younger generation understand the potential of blockchain.<\/p>\n

During his initial encounters with university students, Siourounis stated that many students are already familiar with blockchain technology and are considering using it in their projects. Moreover, Siourounis emphasized that it’s equally important to protect the youth from misinformation. He pointed out that education on the true potential of blockchain and raising awareness against misleading information coming from outside sources is important.<\/p>\n

The establishment of the blockchain academy is progressing in line with the Emirate of Sharjah’s goals in the field of blockchain research and education.
