According to recent data obtained from Spot On Chain<\/strong>, a major wallet has transferred 3 million MATIC<\/strong> tokens to the Kraken<\/a> Exchange. The analysis reveals that the value of the transferred MA<\/strong>TI<\/strong>C<\/strong> is approximately 2.85 million dollars<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Despite this deposit, there are still about 16.8 million MATIC<\/strong> in the wallet, valued at over 16 million dollars<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The particular wallet’s association with a ZK roll-up network acquired by Polygon in 2021 has sparked speculation about whether this deposit signals the start of a sell-off or is a one-off occurrence.<\/p>\n

Volume Increase at Polygon<\/span><\/h2>\n

A look at the Polygon volume in the last 24 hours on CoinMarketCap<\/strong> reveals nearly 8%<\/strong> increase. A more detailed analysis of the volume trend in the last two days on Santiment shows that the volume has reached levels not seen in weeks.<\/p>\n

As of February 16, the volume has risen to about 640 million dollars<\/strong>, reaching the highest level since January 13<\/strong>. At the time of writing this article, the volume was around 395 million dollars<\/strong>, indicating a significant increase in MATIC<\/strong> trading volume in the past few days.<\/p>\n

While occasional downtrends are apparent in the Polygon<\/strong> daily price chart, an ongoing uptrend is evident. Despite these fluctuations, the most pronounced uptrend in recent weeks appeared on February 16.<\/p>\n

MATIC<\/strong> experienced an increase of 6.85%<\/strong> and closed trading at around $0.95. This price level hasn’t been reached since about January 11<\/strong>, and MATIC<\/strong> then experienced a significant downturn. At the time of writing this article, it was trading at around $0.94<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
