This reclassification extends the opportunity for Thai securities firms to engage in such investments. The SEC is deliberating the possibility of offering this investment avenue to individual investors in the future.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Asset management firms have approached the SEC seeking exposure to digital assets, particularly bitcoin and spot bitcoin ETFs.
