The <strong>collaboration will begin with a batch of 1,000 NFTs called the Stepn x Adidas Genesis Sneakers Collection<\/strong>. It is inspired by some of Adidas&#8217; &#8220;most iconic running silhouettes,&#8221; according to a release.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;This genesis collection is the first of a series of co-branded activities between Stepn and Adidas over <strong>a one-year partnership<\/strong> that will see further NFT drops and physical, wearable items on the roadmap,&#8221;<\/em> Stepn noted in its statement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The NFT collection will be released later this week, on April 17<\/strong>, through Stepn&#8217;s sibling non-fungible token platform, Mooar. <a href=\"https:\/\/coinengineer.net\/blog\/web3-initiative-iyk-started-investment-round-led-by-a16z\/\"><strong>Adidas has already formed cryptocurrency-related web3 collaborations with Coinbase, Bored Ape Yacht Club, and Bugatti.<\/strong> <\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Stepn is a web-based program that allows users to earn cryptocurrencies by walking or running<\/strong>. Stepn, which claims to have 5 million registered members, has previously teamed with a shoemaker.
