When a user adds collateral, they can mint the protocol\u2019s native stablecoin, Linear USD (\u2113USD). This \u2113USD is then used to trade synthetic assets on the platform.<\/p>\n

Linear Finance also introduces a unique incentive program that rewards users who contribute to the platform by providing liquidity or engaging in staking activities. These rewards come in the form of LINA tokens, encouraging active participation within the ecosystem.<\/p>\n

Who Founded Linear Finance?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The platform was co-founded by Drey Ng and Kevin Tai. Drey Ng is also a co-founder of Liquefy, a platform that offers tokenized access to securities, while Kevin Tai was previously a vice president at Credit Suisse, a global wealth management and investment banking firm based in Hong Kong.<\/p>\n
