However, it was emphasized that <strong>both the fund and Cboe BZX must receive regulatory approval<\/strong> for this to happen.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, <strong>speculation about the Solana ETFs<\/strong> continues. <strong>ETF analyst James Seyffart<\/strong> stated that based on the SEC&#8217;s past review periods, <strong>the Solana ETF could be approved in 2026 at the earliest<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4_New_Filings_for_XRP_ETFs_on_the_Same_Day\"><\/span><strong>4 New Filings for XRP ETFs on the Same Day<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>On the same day as Franklin Templeton&#8217;s ETF filing, the <strong>Cboe BZX Exchange also filed 19b-4 applications for the listing of XRP spot ETFs in the US<\/strong>. <strong>Fund managers that applied include Canary Capital, WisdomTree, 21Shares and Bitwise<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The increased filings come <strong>after Donald Trump&#8217;s inauguration as president and staffing changes at the SEC<\/strong>. <strong>On January 20th, the resignation of SEC Chairman Gary Gensler<\/strong> strengthened expectations that the crackdown on the crypto sector would ease.<\/p>\n<p>New SEC Acting Chairman <strong>Mark Uyeda<\/strong> <strong>is seen as a crypto-friendly<\/strong> figure and recently <strong>included a policy director from Coin Center on the SEC&#8217;s Crypto Task Force<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Franklin Templeton&#8217;s filing <strong>shows that the number of crypto-focused ETFs in the US is growing rapidly and the market is becoming more integrated with the traditional financial world<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><em>You can also freely share your thoughts and comments about the topic in the comment section.
