However, the commission has advised users to exercise caution until the results of the investigation are made public.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"749\" data-end=\"1010\"><strong>The PIPC<\/strong> emphasized its goal to &#8220;closely inspect the personal information processing practices of DeepSeek during the suspension period, improve compliance with protection laws, and address concerns about the safeguarding of our citizens&#8217; personal information.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1012\" data-end=\"1322\"><strong>DeepSeek, which launched its AI-powered chatbot<\/strong> on January 27, raised concerns among regulators and privacy experts regarding its potential national security risks, sparking discussions about data security.
