The incident occurred following a major milestone for the project\u2019s <strong>AGW<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"283\" data-end=\"394\">On February 18, <strong>Abstract Chain developer 0xBeans<\/strong> announced on X that \u201csome Abstract users\u201d had been affected.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"396\" data-end=\"546\">The developer clarified that this was \u201cnot a global AGW issue\u201d but rather an isolated vulnerability, possibly within the Abstract-based game Cardex.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"548\" data-end=\"645\" data-is-last-node=\"\">\u201cThis appears to be related to Cardex. I advise against any interaction for now,\u201d 0xBeans stated.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"548\" data-end=\"645\" data-is-last-node=\"\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-148669 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/coinmuhendisi.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/cygaar.webp\" alt=\"cygaar\" width=\"641\" height=\"804\" \/><\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"57\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Abstract_Successfully_Deploys_1_Million_AGW_Wallets\"><\/span>Abstract Successfully Deploys 1 Million AGW Wallets<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"59\" data-end=\"210\">The issue emerged a day after <strong>Abstract Chain team member 0xCygaar<\/strong> announced on February 17 that 1 million <strong>AGW<\/strong> wallets had been successfully deployed.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"212\" data-end=\"370\">\u201cWe\u2019ve done more than almost anyone else in the space to bring the next generation of smart wallets,\u201d 0xCygaar stated, adding, \u201cWe\u2019re just getting started.\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"372\" data-end=\"496\">Following the incident, 0xCygaar reiterated that the issue was related to Cardex and urged users to revoke their sessions.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"498\" data-end=\"692\">\u201cThis is not an issue with <strong>AGW\u2019s contracts<\/strong>. There is no exploit in wallet functionality. This specific issue is linked to negligence in session key management on the app\u2019s side,\u201d he explained.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"694\" data-end=\"846\" data-is-last-node=\"\">\u201cOur contracts have been audited multiple times. Our session key module has been specifically reviewed.
