However, the <strong data-end=\"1044\" data-start=\"1023\">crypto task force<\/strong> established under the Trump administration argues that some tokens should no longer be considered securities.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-end=\"1372\" data-start=\"1136\"><strong data-end=\"1262\" data-start=\"1139\">The SEC approved Ethereum spot ETFs last summer. However, many firms had removed the staking option in their applications.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li data-end=\"1372\" data-start=\"1136\"><strong data-end=\"1370\" data-start=\"1268\">With the Trump administration, the SEC is reported to have a more moderate attitude towards crypto.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-end=\"1429\" data-start=\"1379\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Institutional_Interest_in_Ethereum_Staking_Increases\"><\/span><strong data-end=\"1427\" data-start=\"1383\">Institutional Interest in Ethereum Staking Increases<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-end=\"1676\" data-start=\"1431\"><strong data-end=\"1482\" data-start=\"1431\">Ethereum&#8217;s ability to generate additional returns through staking<\/strong> is seen as a significant advantage for investors. <strong data-end=\"1663\" data-start=\"1539\">Ruslan Lienkha, Chief Market Analyst at YouHodler<\/strong>, emphasized that <strong data-end=\"1663\" data-start=\"1539\">more liquidity could flow into Ethereum with staking<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-end=\"1872\" data-start=\"1678\"><strong data-end=\"1786\" data-start=\"1682\">According to<\/strong> recent <strong data-end=\"1786\" data-start=\"1682\">13F reports, institutional investor interest in Ethereum ETFs increased from 4.8% to 14.5%<\/strong>.
