BNB Chain Launches $100 Million Liquidity Program to Support CEX Listings<\/h2>\n

BNB Chain<\/strong> has launched a $100 million liquidity program<\/strong> aimed at helping native projects create liquidity on centralized exchanges (CEXs)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

According to an announcement on March 24<\/strong>, the network will allocate $100 million<\/strong> in incentives, primarily in the form of its native BNB tokens<\/strong>, to projects that successfully list on 11 major CEXs<\/strong> specified by BNB Chain<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The program’s goal is to \u201cfurther enhance the liquidity<\/strong> of the BNB Chain ecosystem<\/strong> and encourage exchanges to list native BNB Chain tokens<\/strong>,\u201d the network stated.<\/p>\n

Previously, BNB Chain<\/strong> initiated two smaller liquidity incentive programs<\/strong> in February<\/strong> and March<\/strong>, providing a total of $4.4 million<\/strong> in incentives for the CEX listings<\/strong> of memecoins<\/strong> and other ecosystem projects<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

This latest liquidity incentive program<\/strong> will operate on a first-come, first-served<\/strong> basis, with an initial three-month trial period<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

BNB Chain<\/strong> clarified that only projects with at least a $5 million market cap<\/strong> and $1 million in daily trading volume<\/strong> are eligible for the program.<\/p>\n

The largest rewards\u2014$500,000<\/strong> in permanent liquidity<\/strong>\u2014will be reserved for projects that list on major CEXs<\/strong> such as Binance<\/strong> and Coinbase<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In some cases, rewards will be limited to non-withdrawable BNB token liquidity<\/strong>, while in others, project token purchases<\/strong> will also be made to create two-sided liquidity<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

BNB Chain<\/strong> has a total value locked (TVL)<\/strong> of approximately $5.4 billion<\/strong>, according to data from DefiLlama<\/strong>, ranking it fourth<\/strong> among blockchain networks in TVL. Ethereum<\/strong> and Solana<\/strong> lead with TVLs of $46 billion<\/strong> and $7 billion<\/strong>, respectively.<\/p>\n
