According to public records, it was filed under number <strong data-start=\"2889\" data-end=\"2901\">10148820<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2906\" data-end=\"3095\">With this, <strong data-start=\"2917\" data-end=\"2924\">BNB<\/strong> joins <strong data-start=\"2931\" data-end=\"2942\">Bitcoin<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"2944\" data-end=\"2956\">Ethereum<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"2958\" data-end=\"2968\">Solana<\/strong>, and <strong data-start=\"2974\" data-end=\"2987\">Avalanche<\/strong> as the fifth cryptocurrency to receive a standalone ETF registration initiated by <strong data-start=\"3070\" data-end=\"3080\">VanEck<\/strong> in Delaware.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2906\" data-end=\"3095\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-152548 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/coinmuhendisi.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/vaneck.webp\" alt=\"vaneck\" width=\"846\" height=\"770\" \/><\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"3102\" data-end=\"3139\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Significance_of_the_BNB_ETF\"><\/span>Significance of the BNB ETF<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3140\" data-end=\"3390\">The proposed <strong data-start=\"3153\" data-end=\"3160\">BNB<\/strong> ETF would track the price of <strong data-start=\"3190\" data-end=\"3197\">BNB<\/strong>, which is currently the fifth-largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization. At the time of writing, <strong data-start=\"3301\" data-end=\"3308\">BNB<\/strong> was trading at <strong data-start=\"3324\" data-end=\"3332\">$608<\/strong> with minimal price fluctuations over the last 24 hours.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3392\" data-end=\"3629\">In <strong data-start=\"3395\" data-end=\"3408\">June 2024<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"3410\" data-end=\"3420\">VanEck<\/strong> became the first firm to file for a <strong data-start=\"3457\" data-end=\"3467\">Solana<\/strong> ETF in the US.
