Tesla still holds 11,509 Bitcoin, worth approximately $1.24 billion as of March 31.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4537\" data-end=\"4818\">Meanwhile, a federal judge has allowed a lawsuit to proceed, accusing <strong>Musk<\/strong> and <strong>DOGE<\/strong> of unconstitutional actions including unauthorized data access and unlawful termination of federal contracts.
