This development reflects a growing trend among states to view digital assets as tools for financial diversity and economic resilience.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1950\" data-end=\"2100\">Texas lawmakers took inspiration from <strong>New Hampshire\u2019s<\/strong> approach, particularly in how non-Bitcoin assets could be evaluated and added to state reserves.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2102\" data-end=\"2399\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">The $500 billion market cap requirement stands out as one of the strictest standards among state-level crypto initiatives.
