The company filed applications in Nevada for two cryptocurrency exchange-traded funds (ETFs) named &#8220;<strong>Truth Social Bitcoin ETF<\/strong>&#8221; and &#8220;<strong>Truth Social Ethereum ETF<\/strong>.&#8221; Subsequently, on <strong>June 5, 2025<\/strong>, these two ETFs were officially registered as \u201clocal business trusts.\u201d This registration is considered one of the most fundamental steps required for the funds to operate within a legal framework.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">This move is part of TMTG\u2019s strategy to integrate into the crypto market. The management of the<a href=\"https:\/\/coinengineer.net\/blog\/jpmorgan-bitcoin-etf-backed-loans-ibit-launch\/\"><strong> ETFs<\/strong><\/a> is handled by <strong>Yorkville America Digital<\/strong>, which previously worked with TMTG.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The main goal is to provide investors with direct access to <strong>Bitcoin and Ethereum<\/strong>, making entry into the crypto market easier. At this point, the influence of the Trump family in the <strong>crypto market<\/strong> is also taken into account.
