The bill aims to prevent ethical violations and ensure transparency.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Schiff said, \u201cPresident Donald Trump\u2019s cryptocurrency dealings raised significant ethical, legal, and constitutional concerns about using the presidency to enrich himself and his family. Family members are also subject to these bans.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Increased Transparency: Every transaction over <strong>$1,000<\/strong> must be reported. Digital assets must be included in annual income disclosures.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Harsh Penalties: Profits will be forfeited to the government.
