This amount accounts for 0.52% of ETH\u2019s circulating supply. The company had previously announced plans to acquire up to 5% of ETH\u2019s supply. Recently, it also revealed a $1 billion stock buyback program.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"1276\" data-end=\"1308\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_Sharplink_%E2%80%93_438190_ETH\"><\/span>2. Sharplink \u2013 438,190 ETH<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"1309\" data-end=\"1492\">Listed on Nasdaq, Sharplink defines ETH as its \u201cprimary treasury asset.\u201d Between July 21 and last Sunday, the company acquired $290 million worth of ETH at an average price of $3,756.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"1494\" data-end=\"1528\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3_Bit_Digital_%E2%80%93_100603_ETH\"><\/span>3. Bit Digital \u2013 100,603 ETH<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"1529\" data-end=\"1704\">Bit Digital, which shifted from Bitcoin to Ethereum, announced on July 7 that it had raised $172 million through a new stock issuance and converted its balance sheet to Ether.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"1706\" data-end=\"1737\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4_BTCS_Inc_%E2%80%93_70028_ETH\"><\/span>4. BTCS Inc. \u2013 70,028 ETH<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"1738\" data-end=\"1883\">An Ethereum node validator, BTCS recently sold $10 million in convertible notes. In 2025 alone, it has raised a total of $207 million in capital.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"1885\" data-end=\"1926\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"5_GameSquare_Holdings_%E2%80%93_12913_ETH\"><\/span>5. GameSquare Holdings \u2013 12,913 ETH<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"1927\" data-end=\"2049\">Media and tech firm GameSquare stated it holds this amount as part of a broader $250 million <strong data-start=\"2020\" data-end=\"2039\">crypto treasury<\/strong> strategy.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1927\" data-end=\"2049\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-163948 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/coinmuhendisi.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/ethereum-1.webp\" alt=\"\" width=\"1124\" height=\"601\" \/><\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"2051\" data-end=\"2096\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Wall_Streets_Growing_Interest_in_Ethereum\"><\/span>Wall Street\u2019s Growing Interest in Ethereum<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2098\" data-end=\"2368\">According to Bitget CEO Gracy Chen, institutional investors now view <strong data-start=\"2167\" data-end=\"2179\">Ethereum<\/strong>, much like Bitcoin, as the next-generation reserve asset. Especially with the increasing vision of asset tokenization on the blockchain, Ethereum appears to have a strong market advantage.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2370\" data-end=\"2389\">As Chen explains:<\/p>\n<blockquote data-start=\"2390\" data-end=\"2568\">\n<p data-start=\"2392\" data-end=\"2568\">\u201cEthereum is expected to capture a large share of the asset tokenization market. That\u2019s why Ethereum is becoming the next strategic treasury asset for institutional investors.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"2570\" data-end=\"2813\">A new report by Standard Chartered also supports this view. The report states that since June, crypto treasury firms have acquired more than 1% of Ethereum\u2019s circulating supply. In the same period, <strong data-start=\"2768\" data-end=\"2787\">Bitcoin-focused<\/strong> firms have lagged behind.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2815\" data-end=\"3023\">In the long term, it is suggested that Ethereum-focused companies could hold up to 10% of the total ETH supply.
