Verb Technology plans to allocate the majority of the net proceeds from this agreement to purchase <strong data-start=\"1200\" data-end=\"1208\">$TON<\/strong>, potentially making the firm one of the largest holders of this <strong data-start=\"1273\" data-end=\"1284\">altcoin<\/strong> globally.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1296\" data-end=\"1350\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"TON_to_Become_the_Companys_Primary_Treasury_Asset\"><\/span>$TON to Become the Company\u2019s Primary Treasury Asset<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1352\" data-end=\"1655\">The company will designate <strong data-start=\"1379\" data-end=\"1387\">$TON<\/strong> as its primary treasury reserve asset. This move will allow Verb to earn staking rewards through its positive cash flow, managing and growing its TON holdings over time. Earlier this year, the integrated TON Wallet, a self-custody wallet solution, became available to 87 million users in the United States.
