This investment is seen as a precursor to an as-yet-unannounced strategic collaboration between the two companies.<\/p>\n<p>According to the company, the majority of the raised funds will be used to directly acquire Bitcoin. Additionally, Top Win plans not only to buy BTC but also to invest in publicly traded <strong>Bitcoin<\/strong> treasury companies.<\/p>\n<p>To clarify its strategy and avoid the perception of being a \u201csecurities trading company,\u201d Top Win stated:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\n\u201cOur goal is not to trade securities but to pursue a long-term Bitcoin-focused treasury strategy.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Luxury_Watchmaker_Shifts_to_Bitcoin_Strategy\"><\/span>Luxury Watchmaker Shifts to Bitcoin Strategy<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Taiwan<\/strong>-based luxury watchmaker Top Win International announced in May 2025 that it had transitioned to a Bitcoin treasury strategy. This shift followed a collaboration with Sora Ventures, which partnered with Metaplanet\u2014the company that established Japan\u2019s first corporate Bitcoin treasury in 2024.<\/p>\n<p>The company even hinted at renaming itself to AsiaStrategy as a nod to MicroStrategy\u2019s Bitcoin strategy, though official communications continue to use the \u201cTop Win International\u201d name.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Strong_Leadership_Team\"><\/span>Strong Leadership Team<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>During this transition, Jason Fang, founder and managing partner of Sora Ventures, joined Top Win\u2019s board and assumed co-CEO duties alongside the existing CEO.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Stock_Price_Volatility\"><\/span>Stock Price Volatility<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The capital raise announcement was positively received by the market on Friday.
