Analysts now view altcoin ETFs as virtually inevitable.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1721\" data-end=\"2159\">Meanwhile, the recently enacted GENIUS Act has provided a federal framework for payment stablecoins in the U.S. Industry players such as Circle and Coinbase welcomed the move, highlighting its potential to integrate stablecoins into payments and derivatives markets.
