His analysis was shared on social media by Fundstrat\u2019s founder, Tom Lee.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1210\" data-end=\"1229\">Newton explained:<\/p>\n<blockquote data-start=\"1231\" data-end=\"1427\">\n<p data-start=\"1233\" data-end=\"1427\">\u201cI\u2019m not overly concerned about the recent weakness in Ethereum and other cryptocurrencies. I expect ETH to bottom out over the next one or two days and then start a strong rally toward $5,500.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h2 data-start=\"1434\" data-end=\"1485\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Technical_Outlook_A_Three-Wave_Correction_Phase\"><\/span>Technical Outlook: A Three-Wave Correction Phase<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1487\" data-end=\"1760\">Newton noted that Ethereum recorded a strong technical rally between September 25 and October 7. Following that move, he observed a minor three-wave corrective pattern, which he believes could end around October 11 \u2014 potentially marking the start of the next bullish leg.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1762\" data-end=\"1886\">This short-term consolidation, according to Newton, reflects a healthy correction rather than a breakdown in trend momentum.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1893\" data-end=\"1930\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4200_Zone_as_a_Key_Support_Level\"><\/span>$4,200 Zone as a Key Support Level<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1932\" data-end=\"2191\">Newton further highlighted that Ethereum\u2019s decline after its September rally represents a natural cooling-off period. He identified the $4,200 price range as a crucial support zone \u2014 a level that could serve as the foundation for the next major move upward.<\/p>\n<blockquote data-start=\"2193\" data-end=\"2369\">\n<p data-start=\"2195\" data-end=\"2369\">\u201cETH\/USD has retraced roughly 50% of the gains from September 25.
