Instead, they will function through smart contracts on the blockchain.\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"821\" data-end=\"1190\">He also revealed that 10T Holdings plans to allocate roughly 20% of its new fund\u2014currently in the process of raising capital through 2026\u2014to companies operating at the intersection of AI and blockchain.
