During Saturday\u2019s market-wide crash, where over $2.5 billion in leveraged positions were liquidated, the index dropped to 14 \u2013 the lowest level since mid-December.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1961\" data-end=\"2264\">If you missed Saturday\u2019s events: BTC briefly recovered to $84,000 after Thursday\u2019s crash but suddenly fell to $75,500, marking its lowest level since last April. This means BTC lost $20,000 since January 18, when it stood at $95,500.
