Former FTX CEO Sam Bankman-Fried<\/strong> (SBF) has stated that they will not make any claims after a court hearing. SBF’s lawyers wrote a letter to Judge Lewis Kaplan in the Southern District of New York. In the letter, they stated that they would not make any post-trial claims, but would reserve their right to pursue allegations related to the case.<\/p>\n
