Former SEC official John Reed Stark stated that Binance\u2019s agreement grants the DOJ, FinCEN, and other financial regulators broad access and audit authority for years.<\/p>\n

The SEC expressed its desire to receive \u201cfair notice\u201d about the facts of Binance\u2019s agreement from the court, objecting to Binance\u2019s request for dismissal of the case. This situation reflects Binance\u2019s contentious situation with U.S. regulators.<\/p>\n
