The South Korea-based cryptocurrency exchange Upbit officially announced on April 29, 2025 that it had started the listing process for the SIGN token across three major trading pairs (KRW, BTC, USDT). On April 29, SIGN trading went live.
SIGN Token Begins Trading on Upbit
According to the official announcement, Upbit started supporting SIGN trading in the KRW-SIGN, BTC-SIGN, and USDT-SIGN pairs. Trading support began at April 29, following confirmation that sufficient liquidity was secured on the exchange.
The SIGN token is only available for deposits and withdrawals via the Base network. Transfers via other networks are not supported. Additionally, all transactions must be conducted via “verified personal wallets”.

Trading Restrictions
As part of the listing process, Upbit implemented specific market and security measures:

Buy orders are restricted during the first 5 minutes after trading opens.

In the same 5-minute period, sell orders below 10% of the previous day’s closing price will be blocked.

For the first hour, only limit orders will be accepted. Market and other order types will be invalid.

SIGN Token Price Skyrockets Over 70% After Upbit Listing Announcement
