White House Economic Advisor Kevin Hassett recently expressed strong confidence that the appeal against the current tariff ruling in the U.S. will succeed. According to Hassett, the decision is likely to be overturned by appellate courts.
Hassett: “The Judges’ Decision Will Be Overturned”
Stating that they expect the court ruling on tariffs to be annulled, Hassett spoke clearly about the legal process:
“The judges’ decision will be overturned. We believe it’s just a matter of time.”

New Trade Deals on the Way
