Binance Announces 24th HODLer Airdrop Project! Here Are the Details

Binance has announced Newton Protocol (NEWT) as the 24th project on its HODLer Airdrops page. Newton Protocol is a secure rollup protocol aiming to build an AI-driven strategy platform, automated trading system, and a marketplace for AI developers.

Binance HODLer Airdrop Details

Users who subscribed their BNB to Simple Earn (Flexible and/or Locked) and On-Chain Yields products between June 14–17, 2025, will automatically be eligible for retroactive airdrop rewards.

The HODLer Airdrops information is expected to be announced within 12 hours, and the new token will be distributed to users’ Spot Accounts at least 1 hour before trading begins.

When Will Binance List NEWT HODLer Airdrop Token?

Binance will list NEWT on June 24, 2025, at 14:00 UTC and open trading with the following pairs: USDT, USDC, BNB, FDUSD, and TRY. The “seed tag” label will be applied to NEWT. Users will be able to start depositing NEWT 1 hour after this announcement.

Note: NEWT will also be available on the Binance Alpha platform and can be traded there. However, once spot trading starts, it will no longer be showcased on Binance Alpha.

• HODLer Airdrops is a Binance program that rewards BNB holders with token airdrops based on historical snapshots of their BNB balances.
• By subscribing BNB to Simple Earn (Flexible/Locked) or On-Chain Yields products, users are automatically eligible for HODLer Airdrops rewards.
• Rewards can also be earned through the Launchpool and Megadrop programs.

This method allows users to earn extra tokens retroactively, without needing to take ongoing actions.

3. Binance takes snapshots of user and pool balances at random times every hour to calculate hourly averages.

4. Rewards are distributed to users’ Spot Accounts within 24 hours of the announcement.

For example, an airdrop on June 11, 2025, could use snapshots taken between June 1–7, 2025, as reference.
