What is Tensora (TORA)?

Tensora Layer 2 AI subnets and TORA token

Tensora (TORA) is an AI-focused Layer 2 (L2) solution built on BNB Chain using the OP Stack. Tensora elevates machine intelligence to a first-class on-chain asset through incentivized subnets, where model providers (miners) deliver inference and data services, validators score quality, and TORA token rewards are distributed transparently.

Company is fully compatible with the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM), settles transactions on BNB Chain for security and finality, and uses BSC calldata for data availability.

Project Idea

Tensora bridges the gap between AI and blockchain by combining computing power, intelligence, and liquidity between BNB Chain and its AI-driven Layer 2. In essence, the core idea is to provide the expensive and centralized computing resources needed to run AI models through a decentralized network, rewarding participants who contribute

How Tensora Works

Subnets: Independent on-chain markets for specialized tasks such as LLM inference, embeddings, visual/data analytics, and data labeling. Parameters are managed by TORA token holders.

Participants:

  • Miners: Produce AI outputs.

  • Validators: Verify outputs and assign scores.

  • Delegators: Support validators to strengthen accurate scoring.

Consensus & Rewards: Validators commit and reveal scores through a commit/reveal mechanism. Rewards are distributed according to quality among miners, validators, and delegators. Misbehavior is penalized via slashing.

Gas Model: Transactions run on BNB; users can pay fees in TORA via the ERC-4337 Paymaster.

Governance & Upgrades: TORA holders manage protocol changes through on-chain voting. Secure upgrades are implemented with UUPS proxy and timelocks.

Tensora (TORA) Tokenomics

TORA token powers the ecosystem. It supports gas fees, validator rewards, miner incentives, and subnet creation, forming the backbone of Tensora’s on-chain intelligence economy.

  • Token Symbol: TORA

  • Network: BSC Mainnet (bridged to Tensora L2)

  • Total Supply: 1,000,000,000 TORA

  • Max Supply: 1,000,000,000 TORA

  • Circulating Supply: 1,000,000,000 TORA

Core Use Cases:

  • Gas & Transaction Fees: All transactions, subnet operations, and AI tasks are paid in TORA.

  • Validator & Miner Rewards: TORA rewards are distributed to secure the chain and perform AI inference tasks.

  • Staking & Governance: Token holders can stake TORA to participate in governance, vote on subnet parameters, upgrades, and validator admission.

  • AI Compute Marketplace (Future): Users will pay for AI inference, storage, or model access directly with TORA.

Token Distribution

  • Validator & Miner Incentives: 20%

  • Ecosystem Development: 10%

  • Core Team & Advisors: 0% (vested over 24 months with 6-month cliff)

  • Liquidity & Exchange Reserves: 10%

  • Treasury & Governance: 10%

Governance:

  • Proposal Threshold: 100,000 TORA (delegated voting)

  • Voting Weight: 1 TORA = 1 vote

  • Quorum: 4% of total supply

Tensora Features

  • EVM Compatibility: Deploy Solidity contracts without changes; compatible with Hardhat, Foundry, Ethers.js, and Web3.py.

  • OP Stack & BNB Settlement: Optimism’s secure sequencer and batcher infrastructure are inherited; state roots are finalized on BSC, reducing L1 costs.

  • AI Subnet Marketplace: Permissionless creation of subnets for LLM inference, embeddings, visual and time-series predictions.

  • TORA Gas Abstraction: Users pay gas with TORA via ERC-4337 Paymaster; no BNB required.

  • Yuma Consensus & Decentralized Rewards: Validators commit-reveal scores; rewards distributed among miners, validators, and delegators.

  • Standard Bridge & Upgradeable Governance: WTORA locked on BSC, minted on Tensora L2; secure upgrades via UUPS proxy and timelock.

Ecosystem

Tensora’s ecosystem revolves around three main participants:

  • Miners: Provide computing power and perform AI inference to earn TORA.

  • Validators: Approve subnet outputs and accuracy to secure the network.

  • Subnet Builders: Deploy decentralized AI subnets, set hyperparameters and rewards, and monetize models and datasets.

Roadmap

  • Phase 1: Launch Tensora L2 mainnet, bridge, validator registry, and explorer.

  • Phase 2: Activate AI mining, compute-to-earn, subnet creation, model validation.

  • Phase 3: Intelligence marketplace, decentralized model sharing, governance, incentive layers.
