Upbit has announced a new listing that has drawn significant attention in the cryptocurrency market. The South Korea–based exchange revealed that the BREV token will be listed on its platform and traded across three different markets. According to the official announcement, BREV will be made available to users with KRW, BTC, and USDT trading pairs. Trading support is scheduled to begin on January 7, 2026, at 09:00 (KST).
What Does the Upbit BREV Listing Mean?
Upbit stands out as a cryptocurrency exchange known for its high trading volume and strong user base in the Asian market. For this reason, a token being listed on Upbit is considered an important step for a project in terms of both visibility and liquidity. The fact that BREV will be traded simultaneously in KRW, BTC, and USDT markets could allow the token to reach a global investor base more quickly.

Trading Pairs Available for BREV
According to Upbit’s announcement, the following trading pairs will be supported for BREV:
- BREV/KRW
- BREV/BTC
- BREV/USDT
Upbit stated that trading support for BREV will begin on January 7, 2026, at 09:00 Korean time. From that time onward, users will be able to buy and sell BREV across the supported markets.
What Is Brevis Network?
Brevis Network is an infrastructure project based on zero-knowledge (ZK) technology, built around the paradigm of “off-chain computation + on-chain verification.” The project’s flagship product, Pico, is designed as a modular ZK virtual machine (zkVM). Pico’s unique “glue-and-coprocessor” architecture combines general-purpose workflows with application-specific accelerator circuits, delivering high performance and flexibility.
Brevis aims to provide developers with secure and scalable solutions for modern crypto applications such as data analytics, DeFi computations, blockchain history verification, and cross-chain verification.
Official Statement from Upbit
Upbit included the following statement in its announcement:
“The BREV token will begin trading in the KRW, BTC, and USDT markets as of January 7, 2026. To ensure a safe trading experience, users are strongly advised to pay close attention to network compatibility when making deposits and withdrawals.”
This statement once again highlights the exchange’s emphasis on technical compliance and user security. Looking at past Upbit listings, newly added tokens have often experienced high short-term volatility. BREV trading simultaneously across three different markets could help trading volume grow rapidly; however, investors should remain cautious of sudden price movements following the listing.
