What is Nubila Network (NB)?

Nubila Network is building the physical sensing layer for autonomous economies and AI. Its mission is to collect real-world data in a decentralized manner and convert it into verifiable, machine-readable intelligence.

Technology & Architecture

Using IoT sensors and validator nodes, Nubila implements a DePIN + Oracle architecture to securely and verifiably transmit real-world signals (weather, air quality, water, and energy data) onto the blockchain. This ensures AI systems, financial protocols, and smart contracts operate on reliable data.

Nubila stands out as a weather-focused oracle, serving logistics, agriculture, energy, finance, and climate risk sectors. In 2024, over 18,000 Marco devices (sensor stations) and 15,000 validator nodes were deployed. In 2025, the project aims to accelerate device deployment and enhance predictive MachineAI insights.

Team & Founders

Nubila is developed by experts in physical sensing, IoT, and blockchain. The team includes hardware engineers, data scientists, blockchain developers, and marketing professionals.

  • Benson Huo: Co-founder & CEO

  • Bob: Co-founder & CTO

  • Toby Skinner: Co-founder & CMO

Investors & Partnerships

Nubila Network has strong DePIN ecosystem investors and strategic partners. Its latest funding round was led by IoTeX, VeChain, and Boston Consulting Group (BCG), raising over $10.5M. Key partners include:

  • IoTeX: Blockchain & real-world AI integration

  • VeChain: Supply chain, ESG data, NFT incentives

  • BCG: Strategic planning & ESG analytics

  • OrangeDAO & MH Ventures: Community & early-stage investments

  • Future Money Group, SNZ Holdings, DePINsurf: Fintech & DePIN support

Project Vision

AI systems and financial markets need reliable, real-time signals. Existing infrastructures, like satellite data or centralized services, are expensive, slow, and limited. Nubila aims to:

  • Collect global, hyper-local data

  • Validate it via decentralized nodes

  • Anchor it immutably on blockchain

  • Provide structured data to AI systems, smart contracts, and financial protocols

How Nubila Works

  • Data Collection: Marco devices collect temperature, humidity, air quality, UV, wind speed, and solar production.

  • Validation: Validator nodes verify data, detect anomalies, and reach consensus.

  • Blockchain Anchoring: Verified data packages are recorded on-chain.

  • Delivery: Oracle APIs provide structured data to AI agents, businesses, and smart contracts.

Governance

Nubila uses a decentralized community governance model. $NB token holders, node operators, and contributors vote on protocol upgrades, data integrations, and incentive parameters. Full DAO functionality is planned; currently, token-based voting enables collective decisions.

Roadmap

  • Initial: Launch Marco devices and validator infrastructure

  • Mid-term: Add energy, agriculture, logistics, and climate data

  • Long-term: Multi-domain real-world data oracles (carbon, health, water quality, logistics) and a global AI-finance data economy

Token Launch (TGE) Binance Alpha will list Nubila Network (NB) on October 31, 2025, marking the Token Generation Event (TGE) around this period.
