Binance to Issue Risk Warnings for These Altcoins!

Binance, one of the leading platforms in the cryptocurrency world, has taken an important step to enhance user security for certain altcoins.

Responding to community feedback, the platform is introducing a new risk warning system for altcoins that have undergone significant changes in their tokenomics and supply. Starting from October 1, 2024, Binance will display a risk warning banner and pop-up notifications for these tokens.

Which Tokens Will Be Affected?

Binance announced that this system will be implemented for certain altcoins that have experienced major changes over the last 18 months. The risk warning banner and pop-up notifications will apply to the following tokens:

  • Travala (AVA)
  • Chiliz (CHZ)
  • Enjin Coin (ENJ)
  • IOTA (IOTA)
  • Lisk (LSK)
  • Metal DAO (MTL)
  • Orion (ORN)
  • Self Chain (SLF)
  • Solar (SXP)
  • Vanar Chain (VANRY)

10 Altcoin

Users will be required to acknowledge the warning notification before trading these tokens. This step aims to increase user awareness regarding changes in tokenomics.

Binance Increases Transparency

Binance aims to increase transparency to maintain community trust and promote sustainable growth in the crypto ecosystem. This change is designed to help users make more informed decisions when trading cryptocurrencies.

Other Binance services related to the mentioned tokens will not be affected by this warning. However, tokens that undergo significant changes in their tokenomics or supply in the future may also be subject to a similar warning system.
