As Coin Engineer, you, the personal data of www.coinmuhendisi.com website visitors, we have the title of Data Controller within the scope of the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“Law”) and within the framework of our legal obligations arising from the relevant legislation.
As before, these personal data will continue to be subject to the exceptions specified in the Law or based on your express consent, provided that it is not used outside of the purposes and scope determined by Coin Engineer information security measures will also be processed by taking Personal Data and stored for the periods ordered by the Law.

Coin Engineer transfers the personal data obtained within the framework of the above-mentioned data processing purposes, limited to the purposes specified in the table above, provided that it complies with the conditions stipulated in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law and takes the necessary security measures. / Provided that necessary security measures are taken, it only stores it for as long as necessary and does not transfer it to third parties.
Your personal data is collected electronically and processed in line with the above-mentioned purposes.
As the relevant person, you can use the rights specified in Article 11 of the Law No. 6698 by applying to the Coin Engineer, who is the Data Controller, at any time.
You can submit your requests regarding your rights specified in the Law via [email protected] with a petition that will be arranged in accordance with the procedure specified in the Communiqué and clearly indicate which rights are to be exercised, together with the documents identifying your identity. Written applications containing the above-mentioned requests sent from the relevant person or his legal representative to the Coin Engineer will be responded to within 30 (thirty) days.
If you are acting on behalf of someone else in the matter you request, you must be specifically authorized in this regard and your authority must be documented, the application must contain your identity and address information, and documents proving your identity must be attached to the application.
