Bithumb and Upbit List Solayer (LAYER)

Solayer (LAYER), the Solana-based re-staking network, is listed on Bithumb and Upbit, two leading cryptocurrency exchanges in South Korea. Both exchanges will open deposits for the LAYER token on February 11, 2025. However, for trading dates, exchanges will make a separate announcement after liquidity is provided.

Bithumb LAYER Listing Details

Bithumb announced that it will list the LAYER token with the KRW trading pair. The token can only be deposited through the Solana network, and investments from other networks will not be supported.

• Deposits and withdrawals: will be active as of February 11, 2025, 21:00 (KST).
• Trade opening: To be announced once liquidity is secured.
• Block confirmation: 20 block confirmations will be required.
• Price: Not yet set.

Trade Restrictions:

• Buying will be limited during the first 5 minutes.
• During the first 5 minutes, sell orders cannot be placed at levels 10% below and 100% above the reference price.
• Automatic orders will be active after the first trade is completed.

Upbit LAYER Listing Details

Upbit will support LAYER trading on KRW, BTC and USDT pairs.

• Deposits will be available starting February 11, 2025 at 21:00 (KST).
• Trade opening: To be announced once liquidity is established.
• Price determination: To be finalized after the reference price is set on CoinMarketCap.

Trade Restrictions:

• Buy orders will be blocked for the first 5 minutes.
• Only limit orders will be available for the first 1 hour.
• A separate announcement will be made by the exchange for the minimum selling price.

Security and Investor Alerts:

• The LAYER token can only be deposited and withdrawn through the Solana network.
• Transfers from unauthorized and unsupported exchanges will not be processed.
• It was emphasized that the cryptocurrency market is highly volatile and investors should act with their own responsibility.
