SOON is a high-performance SVM (Solana Virtual Machine) Rollup solution designed to implement the Super Adoption Stack (SAS) vision. The project aims to provide infrastructure enabling mass adoption of blockchain technology. SOON operates through three core components:
- SOON Mainnet – A general-purpose Layer 2 network built on Ethereum.
- SOON Stack – Infrastructure that allows SVM-based Layer 2 chains to be deployed on any L1.
- InterSOON – A cross-chain protocol enabling messaging and interaction between different chains.

Project Concept
The vision is to provide full interoperability across different L1 networks and enable high-performance applications. Its primary goals:
- Deploy high-performance SVM-based Layer 2 chains across all major L1s.
- Use the InterSOON protocol to facilitate seamless cross-chain communication.

How the Project Works
SOON’s operations are summarized in three layers:
- SOON Mainnet:
A general-purpose Layer 2 network on Ethereum, handling transaction verification and smart contract execution via Decoupled SVM. - SOON Stack:
Enables SVM-based Layer 2 chains, called SOON Chains, to deploy on any L1. Works with AltDA solutions to provide infrastructure for scalable, high-performance applications. - InterSOON:
Cross-chain messaging protocol enabling native and standard communication between SOON chains and other L1s, allowing seamless interaction within the ecosystem.
Governance
The ecosystem grants governance rights to $SOON token holders:
- Voting on protocol upgrades and improvements
- Managing ecosystem funds and grant programs
- Defining treasury management and reward distribution
- $SOON holders can participate directly in ecosystem decision-making.
