Known for his pranks on TikTok, social media personality Nicholas Pinto made harsh remarks about Donald Trump’s exclusive dinner held for memecoin investors. Pinto described the food as “straight out of the trash” and called Trump’s speech “complete nonsense.”
Below Expectations at Trump’s Golf Club
Pinto harshly criticized the three-course menu served at the private event on May 22, calling it “the worst food I’ve ever had at a Trump golf course.” The menu featured a “Trump organic green salad,” followed by filet mignon, pan-seared halibut with mashed potatoes and vegetables, and a lava cake for dessert. Pinto said, “The only good thing was the bread and butter. I left still hungry.”
Speaking to Fortune during the event, Pinto said the filet mignon was as bad as a “Walmart steak.” He added that others at his table also described the meal as one of the worst they had ever eaten.
It was reported that Pinto spent nearly $300,000 worth of TRUMP tokens to attend the dinner. “Even Big Macs or pizza would have been better,” he said, referencing Trump’s well-known love for fast food.
Trump’s Speech Didn’t Impress Either
The criticism wasn’t limited to the food. Pinto also slammed Trump’s short speech, calling it “complete nonsense.” According to videos shared on social media, Trump read from a script and said things like, “This room may have some of the smartest people in the world… crypto might be something special — who knows?”
However, Pinto and others felt the speech lacked substance. Trump reportedly left the venue immediately after speaking, which disappointed guests who were expecting to receive promised gifts.
Legal Questions on the Horizon
Meanwhile, 35 Democratic members of Congress have called on the Department of Justice to launch an investigation into the event, suggesting it may have violated federal laws. Concerns were raised that Trump might have accepted foreign-backed investments, potentially breaching bribery laws and the foreign emoluments clause of the U.S. Constitution.

Trump hosted the dinner at his Trump National Golf Club in Virginia, inviting the top 220 holders of the TRUMP token. According to Trump himself, many attendees had traveled from around the world to be part of the event.
