Eric Trump revealed his crypto holdings, stating that in addition to Bitcoin, he has invested in three other altcoins.
Known for his close ties to the cryptocurrency world, Eric Trump disclosed his personal crypto assets in an interview. Along with Bitcoin, Trump mentioned he holds Ethereum, Solana, and SUI.
As Vice President of Trump Organization, Eric argued in an interview with Benzinga that under Donald Trump’s leadership, the U.S. will become a global hub for cryptocurrency.
Eric accused the Biden administration of taking an aggressive stance against the crypto world, specifically criticizing SEC Chairman Gary Gensler. Trump stated that Biden and Kamala Harris did not understand cryptocurrencies and attempted to undermine the industry simply because they didn’t like it:
“The Biden administration has clearly declared war on the crypto world. The crypto community and industry have faced significant attacks from Gary Gensler and others. Throughout this process, Biden and Kamala Harris were nowhere to be found. They didn’t understand crypto or what it is. Their goal was simply to harm an industry they didn’t like, targeting it without reason. But then my father stepped in. He wants to make America the center of the crypto world, and the crypto community shows him great love and support. He spoke at the Bitcoin conference and received a huge ovation there.”
Additionally, Eric emphasized that the banking system no longer meets the needs of today’s world, reiterating his belief in Bitcoin and blockchain technology:
“I really love Bitcoin, and I have great faith in the future of blockchain technology. The banking system is outdated, inefficient, and insufficient. It no longer meets modern needs and leaves millions of people behind. I’m very optimistic about it. While it wouldn’t be appropriate for someone in my position to make price predictions, I have a positive outlook on Bitcoin. I feel the same way about the crypto world in general. Crypto is going to be an essential part of the financial future, and having a leader like my father, who wants to elevate America to the top of the crypto world, is a huge opportunity.”
