This incident is not an isolated case. Reports have emerged of other users displaying violent behavior, with some threatening harm to family members when their tokens failed to gain value. Pump.fun has faced criticism for not having sufficient measures in place to handle such dangerous content.
Platform officials, including Alon, have announced that moderation efforts will be increased. However, the community is calling for more effective oversight and security measures. This has led to growing concerns about the future of Pump.fun, with the live streaming feature temporarily disabled.
