KuCoin Ventures, the venture arm of KuCoin, pledged to provide a grant of $20,000 to the The Open Network (TON) blockchain platform. This strategic move aims to develop and expand the TON ecosystem.

The grant fund will support particularly five payment or gaming finance (GameFi) platforms, research and development projects, community building, marketing activities and incubation initiatives like TON Bootcamp. Ian Wittkopp from TON Foundation emphasized that KuCoin, with these grants, will support the ecosystem and contribute to real-world blockchain solutions.
KuCoin General Manager Alicia Kao based the strategic alliance on the company’s trust in TON’s potential in the blockchain sector. Kao said, “This alliance is in line with our mission to encourage the further development of the crypto and blockchain industry”.
